Stamina needed a GTM consultant who could bridge the gap between product and go-to-market — someone with deep hands-on cold outreach experience who could advise on strategy while also executing campaigns, onboarding users, and troubleshooting delivery issues alongside the backend team.

The Approach

Embedded as a GTM consultant responsible for running the full outreach function. Handled user onboarding calls to get new clients set up and confident on the platform. Built targeted prospect lists, created and launched campaigns, and ran structured follow-up calls to maximise engagement. Also collaborated directly with the backend engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues impacting campaign deliverability.
