The Approach
Embedded as a GTM consultant responsible for running the full outreach function. Handled user onboarding calls to get new clients set up and confident on the platform. Built targeted prospect lists, created and launched campaigns, and ran structured follow-up calls to maximise engagement. Also collaborated directly with the backend engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues impacting campaign deliverability.
